What’s
the Big Idea?
- Excellent in worship. We will strive for excellence in both personal interaction and dedication to our Lord and Savior through service in drama. Whatever we do will be judged to be the best we can do before it is performed or entered into. This includes a dedication to improvement and to each other. We do not seek perfection but the absolute best from one another in stage craft.
- Agile in performance. Each member is committed to growing in their abilities and creativity and encouraged to step out of comfort zones. We will be an ensemble of actors, directors, writers, stage hands, and stage managers. We strive for nimbleness and flexibility both on stage and off; any member can and should play any role.
- Dedicated in love. We
are first children of the Most High God, brothers and sisters of our Lord
Jesus Christ, and bound together by the Holy Spirit's presence. Our commitment
is first to God, second to family, third to career and avocation, and lastly
to service in ministry. We strive to keep this balance intact and will
do nothing to upset it both personally and as a ministry team. We are committed
to one another as fellow servants of Christ. Though we may disagree on
interpretation or how something should or should not be done, we are unified
in our goals.
